What exactly is "sin"? Sin is simply disobeying the teachings or Word of God. Anyone regardless of his or her opinion that is not obeying what God teaches us to do in His Word, is in rebellion to God not man. To disobey some man's teaching is not a sin, but to disobey God is simple rebellion and Sin. There is only one way to achieve forgiveness for sin, through faith or belief in the shed blood of Jesus God's only begotten son.
All you have to do is ask Him to forgive you and come live in your heart. If you want to do this, please pray this prayer right where you are.
"Jesus, I ask you to forgive me of all my sin and come into my life. Please make yourself real to me, I give myself to you right now. Come in and make me new inside."
Now my friend you would do well to find a Full Gospel Bible believing, preaching, and practicing church to fellowship with right where you are! Your growth as a Christian depends on you achieving or finding a good group to fellowship with and learn from.
Full Gospel means they believe and practice the entire bible. Not believing parts of it are either done away with fulfilled or for another time.
Bible believing means they believe and practice the entire bible both "Old" and "New" testaments!
Bible Preaching means they "Preach" and "Teach" the entire Bible.
Bible Practicing means they put in practice the entire Bible both "Old" and New testaments as they are applicable today. Since Jesus came and was sacrificed for our Sin we do not offer blood sacrifice any longer, instead we offer...
"By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually,
that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name." Hebrews 13:15
But the teachings God commanded for all of our generations must come forth in our day as well.
